In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, "The Company" means
Visual Identification Products and any subsidiary company, the "Customer"
means the Customer named in the order, the 'Goods' shall mean the goods
referred to in the purchase order or any order by the Customer to the
Seller
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information displayed on our website
is accurate and up-to-date, the information provided is "as is" and The
Company cannot be held responsible for any actions made based upon the
said information.
All content on the Company's web sites is protected by copyright and intellectual
property laws. Such content may not be re-distributed, re-packaged or
used in any way unless written permission has been granted by an authorized
Director of The Company.
The Company does not accept any liability (including negligence) in respect
of third party information or other material which can be accessed using
this Website.
Pricing, Delivery, Returns & Cancellations:
All listed prices are subject to the addition of UK VAT at the rate prevailing
at time of invoice, unless a valid exemption certificate is produced.
Delivery of all ordered products will be via secure method - either by
Royal Mail Recorded- or Special- Delivery, or via our then current Next
Day Carrier Service.
Payments are accepted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling) only unless
otherwise agreed.
Customers outside the UK are welcome. However, any export duties, taxes
or country specific regulatory obligations are the responsibility of the
Customer.
Goods cannot be accepted for credit without prior arrangement. Returns
for credit will only be accepted with a Returns Number, which is requested
by E-mailing the Company at info@vizid.co.uk.
A handling charge of 10% (Minimum £2.50) will be applied to all returns
which are not as a direct result of goods being faulty.
In the event that full payment is made later than required or if only
partial payment is made, The Company may at its discretion charge for
administration costs and interest on any monies owed at the rate of 2%
above LIBOR interest rate per month, calculated weekly and compounded
monthly. Failure to apply such charges does not constitute a waiver of
the option to charge.
Additional Services / Terms:
The Company reserves the right to withdraw its services at its entire
discretion. Upon such withdrawal of its services, the Company shall be
under no liability whatsoever to the Customer for any costs, losses and
damages, howsoever arising, that the Customer may incur or may have incurred.
Manufacturers' Guarantees
All benefits of any assignable manufacturer's warranty or any other guarantee
which may apply to the Goods or any part of them shall be assigned by
the Seller to the Customer
With the express exception stated above, the Company makes no warranties
of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services
that it supplies. The Company will not be held responsible for any and
all damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies. The Company
is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery
of products or services, of whatever cause. The Customer agrees not to
hold the Company responsible for any such loss or damage. Notwithstanding
the above the Customer's statutory rights are not affected
Retention
All goods sold to the Customer remain the property of the Company until
payment has been made in full. The Company is entitled to the proceeds
of sale of goods for which full payment has not been made.
